After a long and tough journey, CBS' series "The Young and the Restless" character Adam Newman will finally be released from prison. This week, Nov. 30 to Dec. 4, the hit series will be filled with justice and intrigue for the characters in the show.

Since Adam is expected to be released this week, spoilers reveal how his case was finally closed with the help of his family. Chelsea Lawson is always, of course, in support of her husband and she visits him in prison as he prepares to go to court.

The most anticipated trial will happen this week, which will show how Judge Elise Moxley will favor Adam that will lead to his release. Soap Shows reveals that Judge Moxley will soon realize that Adam is innocent since the truth that Delia Abbott's death was an accident will soon surface.

This week, Judge Moxley will be in a tough place to decide the fate of Adam and will soon choose his freedom as she also sees that Adam is on the road to better himself.

And as Adam gets released, he will be starting a new life with numerous decisions to make, which will either make or break the new opportunity given to him after a new sentence of five years probation and 1,000 hours of community service.

Meanwhile, Celeb Dirty Laundry reports that Victor Newman will still be against Adam's case, even threatening Judge Moxley to rule against Adam. However, Judge Moxley is in a new mindset to follow the law, so Victor's plans will not work out this time.

Victor then plans his next step since Judge Moxley couldn't be swayed. He then looks for a surprise witness against Adam, but it will have an opposite effect and will be favorable for Adam's case instead.

Celeb Dirty Laundry states that Abby Newman is apparently the surprise witness, and instead of following Victor's wishes, she will go against it and side with her brother Adam. She will be urging Victor to reveal that the death of Delia was an accident.

A struggle between selfish desires and justice will be this week's main plot in the hit CBS series "The Young and the Restless," especially since Victor finally gives in and asks Abby not to lie on the stand.
