Princess Charlotte Is the Girl Version of Prince George in Adorable Photos Taken By Mom Kate Middleton
New photos of Princess Charlotte were released by Kensington Palace on Sunday. The pictures showed a resemblance between the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's two children. The six-month-old Charlotte can actually pass off as the girl version of her older brother Prince George.
A couple of photos of Princess Charlotte were posted online through the official Twitter page of Kensington Palace. The pictures show Kate Middleton and Prince William's daughter looking so adorable in her pink floral dress and cardigan. However, if it were not for her obviously feminine outfits, the princess could easily be mistaken for the two-year-old Prince George.
Now Magazine and Metro UK also commented on how the two siblings look so much alike. Both have the same puffy rosy cheeks, smile lopsided smile and hairstyle, although they each have different hair color. One Twitter user named Nicole Roes also mistook Princess Charlotte for Prince George.

However, despite their similarities in facial qualities, both have their unique personalities. Their father, the Duke of Cambridge Prince William, told Professor Christopher Dobson during the duke's visit to his Alma Matter St John's College, that his children are very different from each other. "He said George is very lively and Charlotte is very lady-like," Dobson told Mirror UK, adding that the prince nevertheless finds both children very delightful. Kensington Palace on its Twitter page said Princess Charlotte's photos were taken by the Duchess of Cambridge herself. The pictures were taken earlier in November at the royal couple's Norfolk home in Anmer Hall. They were released to the public to mark the princess turning six months old. "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to be able to share two new photographs of Princess Charlotte," the palace captioned the photos.

The Duchess of Cambridge reportedly used her Canon EOS 52 Mark II camera to take Princess Charlotte's photos. The photo captured the candid moment the princess smiled and looked in amusement at a stuffed toy placed before her.
This is not the first time Middleton has shared photos of her children which she took by herself. The palace also previously shared portraits of Prince George cuddling the then two-month-old Princess Charlotte in a series of snaps posted on Twitter in July. According to Metro UK, the photos were taken just two months after the Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to her daughter on May 2.
