Charlie Sheen could have knowingly exposed as many as 20 prostitutes to the deadly HIV virus, which the star only recently admitted he suffers from.

That bombshell claim comes courtesy of the woman Radar Online describes as the madam who supplied the former "Two and a Half Men" star and onetime highest paid actor in Hollywood "with an assortment of porn stars, playmates, actresses and at least one transsexual from 2011 to 2013."

The period in question began immediately after Sheen's split with then wife Brooke Mueller, the mother of his twin sons. The madam now tells Radar she is furious with the "Anger Management" star for putting her in the middle of a growing controversy that could end in legal proceedings.

"I would just like everybody to know that he lied. He did not tell any of his partners," the madam said. "There are a lot of people that I unknowingly put in harms way -- he let me do it. He's ruined lives as a result."

The 50-year-old Sheen finally went public with news of his condition earlier this month, when he admitted his diagnosis to the "Today" show's Matt Laeur. His subsequent assertion that he made all of his sexual partners aware of his condition has been angrily refuted by a growing number of his past partners.

The madam estimated she sent up to 20 sexual workers to Sheen over the years, and he would make payments up to $50,000 to her via wire transfers. Word is Sheen later kept some of the escorts around as short term girlfriends.

"He didn't tell me, and he put me at serious legal liability in doing what he did," the madam said, adding that the two stopped talking after she got confirmation of his condition sometime in 2014.
