Kim Kardashian at Risk For Gestational Diabetes With Unhealthy Pregnancy Eating Habits
Kim Kardashian unhealthy eating habits over the course of her second pregnancy could ultimately put her at risk for gestational diabetes.
Radar Online reports Kanye West's bride has frequently found herself overindulging in sweets while preparing to give birth to the couple's second child sometime around Christmastime.
"Do you remember what happened the last time you got all stressed out and you were eating sugary stuff?" Kris Jenner reminded her daughter during a recent episode of the family's "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality show. The 35-year-old reality star infamously battled a case of preeclampsia during her first pregnancy.
Later, the 60-year-old Kenner branded her daughter a "closet eater" and added, "This is going to put you over the edge. You're trying to do everything that would make the normal non-pregnant person exhausted."
The demanding momager later hinted her daughter's busy schedule and all her traveling had left her not always doing everything she should to take proper care of herself.
Still, much of the advice seemed to fall on deaf ears with Kardashian, and as the episode played out she flew to Paris and extended her "cheat day" by munching on churros and cheesecake.
By the end of the episode, Kardashian's hands and feet were both swollen and her doctor was warning her that her elevated blood pressure could be a sign of gestational diabetes.
A concerned Jenner then shared with her daughter, "I had gestational diabetes with Kylie. It's very serious. Your life is at stake."
Word is Kardashian is also planning a "full plastic surgery makeover" after giving birth to her second child. Rumors are she has already been talking to doctors about the procedures she wants done, which include a tummy tuck and liposuction.
"Kim has been discussing the surgeries she wants to get done and talking to doctors about them...[and] talking about which doctors she wants to put on the payroll," said a source.
