Audio has also been optimized and adjustments to HUD UI were made. Gamers will also find game modes balancing tweaks upon getting the latest Star Wars Battlefront patch for PS4 and Xbox One.

Aside from general fixes to make the game more stable and to avoid Battlefront from crasing, the latest patch also brings in improvements to the online traffic performance of the game. Bugs found on Missions and Multiplayer mode have also been fixed.

The patch notes also shared that Legacy Controls has been fixed, thus Star Wars Battlefront player should be able to use it as anticipated.

Meanwhile, a separate report from GameSpot also shared that Star Wars Battlefront: Battle of Jakku DLC is now available for free. As described on the report, the DLC is set 29 years prior to the events of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Specifically, it happens "during a 'pivotal moment' when the New Republic battles against Imperial forces on the desert planet of Jakku," the report further explained. The Battle of Jakku DLC "takes place in the aftermath of the Rebel victory in the Battle of Endor and provides a first look at the Jakku that movie-goers will see in The Force Awakens," it added.

On Tuesday, Star Wars Battlefront: Battle of Jakku DLC became accessible but only to gamers who pre-ordered the game. Others will be able to get the first ever Star Wars Battlefront DLC starting Dec. 8.

Aside from the Jakku map, the expansion pack also features Turning Point, a game mode that allows up to 40 players. The post also noted that this DLC for the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game is just the first of many other expansions packs to be released.
