Pixee Fox successfully underwent plastic surgery to have six ribs removed in an effort to look more like a cartoon character.

The Swedish blonde model spent a total of $120,000 on plastic surgeries in order to appear similar to her favorite animated characters, such as Tinkerbell and Jessica Rabbit, according to People.

"I've always been inspired by cartoons and Disney movies - all the curves and tiny waists," Fox told Barcroft TV.

In all, Fox had a nose job, eyelid surgery, a brow lift, lip fillers, cheek fillers, four breast surgeries, a Brazilian butt lift and permanent makeup, as well as her latest surgery to have ribs removed, all to add to her unrealistic look.

Fox said she's wanted to have the rib surgery for a while, but at first, she had issues finding a surgeon who would agree to perform the procedure.

"The procedure would not be done by most plastic surgeons, particularly in the United States where surgery on patients with Body Dysmorphic Disorder is discouraged," Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Marc Mani told People. "While it seems to have been done safely in this case by a qualified surgeon, I doubt this will become a trend."

After undergoing the highly debatable surgery, Fox now has a 16-inch waist. She said she's happy with the surgery, since she was already wearing a corset 24 hours a day. Fox says she'll continue to wear a corset, but now she can wear a smaller one. She added she's hoping to break the current world record for waist size, which is 15 inches.

"I'm pretty close to the world record, and I think if I just get time to heal and work out and continue my lifestyle, I'm probably going to go down to 14 inches soon," Fox said.

As for her next surgeries, Fox said she plans to get hip and butt implants.
