'The Good Wife' Season 7 Episode 10 Spoilers: Ruth Plots to Keep Alicia and Jason Apart in 'KRS'
There will be more controversy over Alicia's (Julianna Margulies) budding romance with Jason (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) in the next episode of "The Good Wife."
In last week's episode, Ruth (Margo Martindale) became suspicious of Alicia and Jason after she noticed the two displaying flirtatious behavior in public. Ruth then warned Eli Good (Alan Cumming) that they might be engaging in a potential love affair, which could jeopardize Peter's (Chris Noth) presidential campaign.
In turn, Eli gave Alicia and Jason individual warnings about having an affair. However, his stern words seemed to fall on deaf ears.
The synopsis for the upcoming episode, titled "KRS," which will air on Dec. 13, reveals that Ruth will go to extreme measures in effort to keep Jason and Alicia apart. Alicia and her law firm will also take on a case defending a renowned surgeon.
"Alicia and Lucca will defend a well-respected surgeon accused of plotting to commit a crime. Also, Ruth is going to scheme to remove Jason from Alicia's life by trying to persuade Courtney Paige (Vanessa Williams) to hire him for business in another state. Vanessa Williams Returns as Businesswoman Courtney Paige and Peter Gallagher Appears as Attorney Ethan Carver," reads the synopsis for the episode, according to The Hollywood Hills.
Based on the synopsis, it looks like Ruth will convince CEO Courtney Paige to hire Jason for a position located in a different state in order to get rid of the private investigator. It's likely that Paige will oblige with the campaign operative's scheme, allowing her to keep her reputation from being tarnished by being connected to a presidential candidate engaged in a marital scandal.
Episode 10 of Season 7 of "The Good Wife," "KRS," airs on Sunday, Dec. 13 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
