This morning, the Mental Health Court found that Bynes is "mentally capable of understanding the court proceedings and the charges she is facing". Reports say that her lawyer "didn't object to the charges and now they'll move forward with the criminal case". She is sane enough for trial but not enough to take care of herself or break free of her conservatorship. Byne's fate will now be in the judge's hands, knowing what she has been through this year and find a fair verdict for the former "Nickelodeon" star.
