Pennsylvania Democratic Senate nominee John Fetterman has gone to a federal court to have mail-in ballots counted, even if they weren't signed with a valid date for the midterm elections.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) said Friday that it would implement several "extraordinary measures" to ensure that all mail-in ballots would be delivered in time to be counted.
U.S. presidential election already has more than 1.2 million Americans casting their votes based on the ballot returns in some states that have already started their early voting.
