"Blurred Lines" Emily Ratajkowski Bares All For GQ
You may know her as the sexy topless model from Robin Thicke's hit music video "Blurred Lines." Well, her name is Emily Ratajkowski, and very soon, you will also know her as the sexy fully naked woman in the July/August edition of GQ.
"In one of the shots...the London-born model can be seen carrying a bunch of balloons and concealing her modesty with just one arm. In another she poses in a giant cocktail glass in a revealing pair of black underwear with a bottle of champagne and sky-high stilettos," observes a the Daily Mail.
Those are about the only times she covers up for the magazine, however. The rest of the time promises to be far more revealing, not that Ratajkowski, 21, left much to the imagination with her recent appearance with Robin Thicke, T.I. and Pharrell Williams.
"We tried to do everything that was taboo...Because all three of us are happily married with children, we were like, 'We're the perfect guys to make fun of this'," said Robin Thicke in an interview with GQ.
Though the song definitely gave off a fun vibe, and everyone involved seemed to thoroughly enjoy their time on set, that doesn't mean that everybody was particularly pleased with the content of the music video. There was quite a bit of backlash from critics who stated that the video was degrading to women and overall just "creepy."
"The nudity might be fine if the song was called, 'Let's All Have Some Fun,' but it's called 'Blurred Lines,' and the subject itself is enough to make some female music fans uncomfortable," criticized the Daily Beast's Tricia Romano.
Those criticisms did little to stop the momentum of "Blurred Lines" however, which soon reached the top of the charts. That popularity looked down favorably upon Ratajkowski, who immediately gained international recognition for her prime spot in the video. After having modeled for Forever 21 and Nordstrom, this upcoming GQ spread will be the biggest step in her career to date.
Here are the uncensored pics from the GQ spread (NSFW, of course).
