President Joe Biden on Tuesday made another major gaffe when he suggested he was the one who contracted COVID-19 rather than second gentleman Doug Emhoff.

According to Daily Mail, the 57-year-old husband of Vice President Kamala Harris tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday.

During an Equal Pay Day celebration for Women's History Month at the White House, Biden said, "The first lady's husband contacted COVID."

Someone quickly corrected the president and said that his statement would mean that he was the one with COVID-19. Biden then corrected his statement, saying: "That's right," and the audience burst out laughing.

"She's fine. Second lady - the first gentleman, how about that?" the president noted with a smile as he continued his gaffe about the relations of who had COVID-19.

Republican Senator Ted Cruz posted on Twitter a clip of Biden's gaffe and captioned it: "The First Lady's husband has no idea what he's saying."

As he shared the same clip, Senior Digital Strategist Greg Price tweeted that he could not help but laugh his freaking ass off due to Biden's gaffe.

In a statement on Tuesday evening, the White House confirmed that Emhoff has tested positive for COVID-19. The second gentleman tested positive after spending the afternoon with AmeriCorps at an urban garden in Northeast Washington, D.C.

The White House said Kamala Harris tested negative for COVID-19 on Tuesday, but she will continue to take a test as her husband contracted the coronavirus.

Another Joe Biden Gaffe: President Mistakes Ukrainians From Iranians

It was not the first time this month that Joe Biden made some gaffes in his speeches. In his first State of the Union address on March 1, the president made a series of gaffes that included mistaking Ukrainians with Iranians, Newsweek reported.

"[Vladimir] Putin may circle Kyiv with tanks, but he'll never gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people," Biden said instead of "Ukrainian" while he went on to deviate from the speech supplied by the White House.

His critics quickly noticed Biden's mistake. Republican Representative Matt Gaetz rushed to ridicule Biden's error, saying that his speech did not come from the conservative satirical website, The Babylon Bee.

Online talk show host Jimmy Dore also hopped in to criticize Biden, saying: "Here comes the meltdown! 'Iranian People'."

On the other hand, GOP Representative Ken Buck said someone should get Biden a map.

Joe Biden Asked to Resign by Ex-White House Physician

Last week, former White House doctor Rep. Ronny Jackson repeated his calls for President Joe Biden to resign, The Blaze reported.

Jackson, who served in both the Obama and Trump administrations, said, "Biden doesn't know what's going on with Ukraine. He Doesn't know what's going on with ANYTHING!"

Jackson added that Biden was "not cognitively capable of leading." Thus, Jackson said he "needs to RESIGN before our country suffers anymore."

Jackson has already raised questions about Biden's cognitive ability in the past. Last month, Jackson has repeated his calls for Biden to take a cognitive test amid the Russia-Ukraine crisis.

Jackson said the whole country was seeing Biden's mental cognitive issues on display and that there was no question in most people's minds that something was going on with the president.

The Republican representative then said that in his mind, Biden was "not fit to be our president right now." He then cited Biden's gaffes and missteps.

However, he said what is happening right now is "something different," adding that it is something "much more serious."
