Donald Trump may be appealing his massive $354.8 million court loss in his civil fraud trial, but should he lose his appeal, New York Attorney General Letitia James says she is ready to seize his properties if he ever fails to pay that massive fine.

These comments came during an interview with ABC News' Aaron Katersky. She told him, "If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets."

Trump has been known for bragging about having a lot of cash on hand, but the infamously stingy former president has also been known to not pay his legal bills, instead using campaign finances from his super PAC to pay them. However, his Super PAC has been bleeding money because of this, with Joe Biden outraising him recently. Should he not pay up, the state of New York could seize his assets.

Letitia James has been targeting one particular Trump property, saying, "We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day."

James and her prosecutors are showing that they are confident of their case when it reaches the court of appeals, with her directly countering Trump's allegation that the case lacked any victims, instead arguing that the case was vital to make sure that financial markets treat New Yorkers fairly.

"Financial frauds are not victimless crimes. He engaged in this massive amount of fraud. It wasn't just a simple mistake, a slight oversight, the variations are wildly exaggerated, and the extent of the fraud was staggering," she said. "If average New Yorkers went into a bank and submitted false documents, the government would throw the book at them, and the same should be true for former presidents."

The case in New York has led to an outcry from Trump supporters, many of whom were threatening to boycott New York. One of these is a man called "Chicago Ray" who called for a boycott of the state over the Donald Trump fraud trial decision.

However, according to Yahoo! News, "Chicago Ray" is now backing down, taking down his call for a boycott on social media, claiming that he had no interest in leading any movement. However, he says that he will still support the indicted former president.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump is also getting criticized over his lack of condemnation against Russian leader Vladimir Putin, who is accused of killing his top critic, Alexander Navalny. New letters from the slain Russian opposition leader showed that he was afraid of a second Trump term.

A new letter from him before his death showed him telling a friend that he was concerned over Trump's agenda and that it would really help out Vladimir Putin.

Trump briefly mentioned Navalny and made it all about himself, saying that like Navalny, he is also being oppressed. However, unlike Navalny, there is plenty of actual evidence against his wrongdoing.
