Apple's iPhone users have made their way to the company's forums to express their displeasure over an unusual issue with a phone -- motion sickness.

The iPhone's new iOS7 operating system has presented users with some of the most significant changes we have seen since the emergence of the phone a little over a half decade ago. In terms of appearance, the layout is completely different and many of the apps have changed as well, but some changes with animations have seemingly gone too far.

"The zoom animations everywhere on the new iOS 7 are literally making me nauseous and giving me a headache," one person said on the forums last week, according to CNet. "It's exactly how I used to get carsick if I tried to read in the car."

Some people started to respond to the thread by echoing the same concerns. The initial poster later returned and said a phone conversation with Apple didn't do much to help.

"Just had a long chat with Apple support. Apparently there is no way to turn off animations. I've left feedback and will escalate through phone support as they recommended."

While one possible solution for some people would be to simply downgrade to iOS6, Apple was quick to move on that. According to the International Business Times, Apple users will now see an error message when attempting to downgrade.

The new operating system is now just over a week old and it is already being used on some 200 million phones.
