Every NFL player has a story, and that story is often times reflected in the way we think of him. With this being said, Forbes conducted a fan poll and based on the results they assembled a list of the league's most disliked players. Not surprisingly, Michael Vick tops the list, although it should be noted that he has since restored his image among many fans by polishing over his past with a new reputation as the quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles as opposed to a dog killer.

Some players - such as Tony Romo at number seven - could be on this list simply because he plays for the Dallas Cowboys, a team that is viewed in the most polarizing way. Most fans will admit to either loving the Cowboys or hating them.

Others players are on the list because of a history of selfishness on a team or a scandal that has rocked one's reputation.

One of the things that the list does not reflect, however, is the idea that winning can fix almost anything. Ben Roethlisberger has won a pair of Super Bowls and yet he is ranked in the top 4 of the most disliked players. Tom Brady has been one of the most successful players in recent history and his team has won several championships, but he still plays on a team that is disliked by most fans not located in the New England area.

Here is the Top 10 list.
