On Monday, Feb. 2 "The Bold and the Beautiful" star Linsey Godfrey was reportedly struck by a car as she was walking down a sidewalk.

TMZ reports the incident occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m EST and resulted in Godfrey getting pinned underneath the car with two broken legs. The car reportedly hit Godfrey along the sidewalk after previously getting into an accident with another vehicle. The initial accident caused the driver to veer into the sidewalk and eventually hit Godfrey.

By the time the ambulance arrived, Godfrey was already removed from beneath the car by a pedestrian and immediately rushed to the hospital.

Godfrey has since undergone surgery for her legs.

Neither driver was arrested, according to TMZ

Following Godfrey's accident, her "The Bold and The Beautiful" co-star Katherine Kelly Lang tweeted out a message of support, Us Weekly reports.

Godfrey's fans also flooded her Instagram page to send get well soon messages.

"Get well ok honey.god is good.my prayers goes to you and your family," Instagram user @thatsafact26 wrote. 

"Hope you have a speedy recovery Linsey! I watch you everyday on B&B, my total fave. stay strong beautiful!"  another Instagram user, @mahdeeselluh, said.

Prior to her accident, Godfrey posted two Instagram photos on Feb. 1 of her nails that she decided to get painted at a salon in Melrose. Check out the photos below.

Godfrey also tweeted on Feb. 1 about getting her nails done and mentioned that she was attending a foozball game.

So far, there has been no official update on Godfrey's medical status.

However, a spokesperson for Godfrey recently told People that the "The Bold and the Beautiful" actress is expected to make a full recovery.

In order to accommodate Godfrey's recovery process, "The Bold and the Beautiful" producers have allegedly rearranged the taping schedule for the next few episodes of "The Bold and the Beautiful."

Us Weekly reports that Godfrey is mother to a 7-month old daughter, Aleda, and she is engaged to "The Young and the Restless" star Robert Adamson.
