"Glee" star Lea Michele is adding "writing" in her growing list of talents as she revealed the cover for her book, "Brunette Ambition," on her Twitter account.

E! News reports her book is set to hit stores on May 13 of this year. She tweeted, "My #BrunetteAmbition book cover! I love it so much! Pre-order the book here: https://www.bit.ly/LeaBook."

According to the website, the book highlights Michele's personal experiences and how she is able to overcome obstacles with her inner strength. Aside from serving as a memoir, it is also a "part how-to, and part style guide."

More specifically, the site states, "Lea Michele is one of the hardest working performers in show business and she knows better than anyone that it is difficult to be your best self and keep things in perspective when your to-do list is overflowing and you are faced with challenges. A practical and inspirational guide to harnessing tenacity and passion, 'Brunette Ambition' is about living the fullest life, no matter what obstacles life puts in your way."

It seems 2014 is shaping up to be a good year for the "Glee" star. Aside from "Ambition," fans of the actress, singer, and now writer, are also looking forward to the release of Michelle's debut album "Louder."

In an interview with Teen Vogue, she revealed how her relationship with her late boyfriend Cory Monteith influenced her to record an album.

She said, "During Glee, I felt like I was scratching the itch of being an artist. I was at great place in my life and I was so unbelievably happy - my relationship with Cory made me feel like I could reach for the stars and more. So I was like, 'I'm going to challenge myself and do this record now.' It's so obviously pop, but I think it shows me off as a singer."
