It's hard to believe, but we're already entering Week 6 of the 2015-15 NFL season. By now each and every team knows just where they stand and what improvements need to be made. Luckily for teams that have issues on offense or defense, the NFL trade deadline has yet to pass.

Here are five players who get traded this season.

1. Jimmy Graham

It's early, but it's just not working out as planned. Jimmy Graham was never a great blocker with the New Orleans Saints, and that trend is continuing in Seattle with the Seahawks. Graham is a pure receiving tight end who isn't quiet fitting the Seahawks system. He's got big dollars attached to his contract, but he can excel when implemented in the right system. The Denver Broncos could use a new tight end, especially since Julius Thomas is now with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Peyton Manning isn't off to his usual hot start, and Graham would play much better in that offense. The Seahawks would also save a lot of salary cap space by trading Graham away.

2. Anquan Boldin

Getting rid of Jim Harbaugh was a colossal mistake by the San Francisco 49ers. Colin Kaepernick is playing terrible without him, and the 49ers are now in last place in the NFC West with a 1-4 record. The 49ers have lost their last four consecutive games. Let's face it, the 49ers are done for. They're not going to win this division. May as well trade a few good players and get some value for the future. Anquan Boldin, who recently turned 35 years old, may be on the move according to Forbes.com. Boldin is still a quality wide receiver who can aid a good team that needs wide out help. The Buffalo Bills would be a good fit, especially with Sammy Watkins hurting.

3. Roddy White

Roddy White has been involved in a lot of trade rumors to begin this season. He's not the elite wide receiver he once was, but White did just have an impressive 921 yards and seven touchdown grabs last season with the Atlanta Falcons. White still has two and half more years remaining on his contract until he becomes an unrestricted free agent. White has expressed some displeasure with his role in the offense this season. With Julio Jones getting by far the most targets in Atlanta, the Falcons could try and move White for draft picks or a quality defensive player. The Falcons defense currently ranks 20th overall.

The NFL trade deadline is Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 4 p.m. EDT.
