GTA 5 gamers have been on the edge of their seats waiting for an Xbox One and PS4 next-gen release, but just as many eager gamers are also desperate for a PC release.

According to Gamepur, an online petition for a PC version of the popular Grand Theft Auto 5 video game has tallied hundreds of thousands of votes. Clearly, people are starting to lose their patience over the fact that the game that was released all the way back in October of 2013 has not yet become compatible with the latest gaming platforms.

In order to help kill time, people have actually updated Grand Theft Auto 4 on PC with mods and other customizations to keep the game enjoyable and entertaining in the time leading up to the next game's release.

One thing that has kept gamers entertained, along with online gameplay and mods, has been the cheat codes. One of the best parts about GTA 5 is that the cheats are simple to type in, just like you would on older game consoles.

Below you will find a list of some cheats to try as you wait for those elusive PC, Xbox One, and PS4 release dates.
