Two-time Super Bowl Champion Jeremy Shockey Saying Goodbye to Miami Beach Home
Two-time Super Bowl champion Jeremy Shockey is saying goodbye to his Miami Beach home.
The retired NFL tight end is asking $3 million for his Florida penthouse, Realtor.com reported. The site noted that Shockey purchased the said unit for only $1.45 million 10 years ago. Thus, finding a committed buyer really soon will make him have more than double the money he invested in it.
Shockey commissioned real estate agent Reid Heidenry of ONE Sotheby's International Realty to handle the listing of the property.
The luxury apartment is described by its listing on Realtor.com as "a dramatic one-of-a-kind refuge in the prestigious and alluring Waverly at South Beach." What makes this a vacation worthy place to stay? The unit provides views of the Atlantic Ocean and delightful Downtown Miami skyline.
The Miami penthouse proves to be expansive with its 2,582 square feet of living space. The high-end abode features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is large enough for a medium-sized family to comfortably live in. A couple or a small family may let visitors hanging out in Miami to use an extra room or two for their temporary dwelling place.
Images on the site revealed an entry-level bedroom, a modern-looking bathroom with a separate shower and a chic kitchen equipped with stainless appliances. The listing also showcases the breathtaking views an owner will receive each morning from her large windows. Other notable details include recessed lighting, use of carpeting, sleek designs and stylish furnishing.
The Florida property comes with a lot of appliances for its next residents like a dishwasher, a dryer, a microwave, an electric range, a refrigerator and a washer.
The building, built in 2001, provides amenities like elevator service, an exercise room and swimming pool accented with majestic tropical trees. Aside from that, pets are welcome to stay here, too.
