There is a lot of things that go on behind the scenes of Dancing with the Stars that fans may not know about. Luckily, professional dancer Maks Chmerkovskiy and host Erin Andrews have been chatty lately.

On Monday's episode, guest judge Julianne Hough said that Chmerkovskiy "just had to phone [his performance with Danica McKellar] in so you could get back with Meryl [Davis]." Apparently, the seasoned pro is still waiting for an apology.

"It felt like she just said something, didn't think it through, then started talking over herself." he said on Friday's episode of Good Morning America. "So it wasn't well thought out."

Chmerkovskiy previously stated that he didn't want to dance without Davis.

"...Julianne has my number," he added Friday while laughing. "Whenever she wants to call and apologize, I'm ready."

Meanwhile, Andrews recently dished Dancing With the Stars secrets in an interview with Yahoo!.

"I would say Maks [Chmerkovskiy] or Derek [Hough]," Andrews said when asked who goofs off the most during practice. "Those two are usually very good about being hilarious in practice."

Andrews also shared what she knows about the celebrities' romance.

"I have no idea [if James Maslow and Peta Murgatroyd are dating] that's why I asked," she revealed. "... I hope they are because they are adorable, but I don't know if they are...The only really significant other I've seen is Greg [Leakes] from Real Housewives of Atlanta. That's because I know him because I am a huge fan of the show."

Andrews added that she would not want to be a Dancing with the Stars contestant again because she "would never fit into any of my old costumes. I was about 15 pounds lighter when I was doing Dancing With the Stars because I lost so much weight." As a result, Andrews will continue to be a bit out of the loop.

"I'm not in the practice studio," she explained. "That's what I used to call daycare because everyone was around, but I am not there anymore. so I show up on Sundays and Mondays, and I don't know anything. That's why I am asking the questions on live television."

And how are Andrews and co-host Tom Bergeron getting along during their first season together?

"We talk on Monday mornings and in a script meeting together," the new host said. "He sent me a really nice text message this week. He is there if I ever need him. I don't want to overwhelm him, but we've had back-and-forth about what I could do or what he wants from me."
