‘Orphan Black’ Releases Season 4 Teaser-Trailer [Watch]
The fourth season of the hit BBC series "Orphan Black" has officially released a new teaser-trailer and given fans a glimpse of what's to come for the super popular series.
According to Deadline, the short and not to heavy preview was indeed a teaser. With only one specific scene, a close-up, it did in fact give a unique glimpse into events to come for Season 4.
Suffice it to say that when the show premieres in April 2016, which will fall under BBC America who is also under the AMC Networks umbrella, there will be many surprises in store for fans and the stars alike.
Just like AMC has done with many of its powerhouse shows ("The Walking Dead," "Breaking Bad," "Mad Men"), details of the season are a closely guarded secret. Even the stars of the shows have been in the dark until the moment they read the script, which is usually the day of, or close to the day of, production for the episode.
Deadline spoke with Jordan Gavaris and other cast members back in October. There were a few key points that they made.
"If there's something giant, something monumental we get a little bit of a heads up," Gavaris said. "God, I don't know hardly anything."
Co-creator Graeme Manson also spoke about the season as well as the fate of the series.
"We've kind of always had an end point, like an end to the mystery," Manson said.
He also spoke about how his cast and crew have influenced that goal. They have in many ways changed their own character dialogue on the script, as if to add their special flavor to the story as it moves forward from season to season.
He referred to the cast as those who influence him and drive him to develop the story moving forward, as a way to further flesh out the story and make it more inclusive near the end.
