President Barack Obama found his inner comic once again when he recently took a ride with Jerry Seinfeld for an episode of "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee."

The popular web series follows show creator Seinfeld as he chats it up with other famous comedians. Although the commander-in-chief might be an exception to the norm, Seinfeld assured viewers that Obama has "gotten off just enough funny lines to qualify for getting on this show."

Every episode features an impressive vehicle, and this one definitely didn't disappoint. Seinfeld arrived to pick up the president in a blue 1963 Corvette Stingray Split Window Coupe, which he described as "the coolest car, American made, for the coolest guy ever to hold this office."

Driving around the White House grounds, the two engage in a conversation largely about "nothing," true to Seinfeld's trademark style.

Highlights from the video include Obama admitting that kids like him because of his cartoonish ears and one word-sounding name, "Barackobama," as well as his preference for one brand and one color in underwear selection.

The president, never failing to come across as personable, did a great job at relating his life to that of everyday people. When Seinfeld asked how long the president could get away with walking around in his undies before people called him out on it, Obama replied, "It's not cool, generally, wandering around in my underwear."

He also said nobody puts out suits for him because he has "a closet like normal people do." Although he acknowledged that he does get a wake-up call every morning rather than relying on an alarm clock because "why not?"

On the serious side of the discussion, Obama said that he most missed the privilege of anonymity from his time before presidency. He said he envied Teddy Roosevelt, who was his favorite president as a child. Apparently, Roosevelt would take trips to Yellowstone for up to a month at a time, and no one would know where he was.

That story amazed even Seinfeld, who admitted that even though he knew where Obama was coming from, he still thought his life was better after he became rich and famous.
