New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady addressed an earlier jab from Denver Broncos Antonio Smith, the one where he was called a “crybaby”.

Brady took it all in jest and believes that everything is part of a psyche job on the end of the Broncos. The Patriots and the Broncos square off this weekend in the AFC Championship game.

"We're focused on the Denver Broncos in the game. All the rest is a bunch of hot air," says coach Bill Belichick when asked for his say on the matter.

The New York Daily Post and the New York Post picked up on the recent comments of Smith and used that on their covers. It went as far as the Daily News referring to him as “CryBrady” while the NY Post called him “Tom Baby”. Brady says he has not seen those tabloid covers (yet).

On the claim that he complains a lot, Brady simply shrugged it off and begged to ask the question on what other quarterbacks would do and adds that all that is part of football.

Brady believes that most quarterbacks would do the same to referees on given occasions. He does, however, say that he loves it when flags are thrown on the defenders. It allows a team to advance and all that is part of football.

He goes on to add that he doesn’t even remember the conversation he has had with the referees.

"I don't remember much of them. I've taken a lot of hits over the years," he said jokingly via the NY Daily News.

Smith bares his criticism on Brady in a previous post, saying that Brady is the only quarterback who often looks towards the direction of a referee each time he gets sacked.

“Every time he gets sacked, he looks at the ref like, ‘You see him sack me? Was that supposed to happen? He did it a little hard. Please throw a 15-yard penalty on him. Get him fined,” says Smith via the Colorado Springs Gazette.

Despite the trash talk, Brady and Belichick did bare their respect on Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning.

"There is no player off our team that I have any more respect for than Peyton Manning," says Belichick via ESPN. "His preparation, his consistency, his skills---I would never, ever, ever underestimate him under any circumstance."

Aside from that, all the Patriots are concerned about is buckling down to business this Sunday in what promises to be another classic matchup.
