ISIS has recently released a new propaganda video showing some of the suspected Paris attackers beheading prisoners. The video, which was uploaded to the militants' official Telegram channel and released Sunday, was filmed before the jihadis murdered 130 people in the French capital last year.

The almost 18-minute video entitled, "Kill Them Wherever You Find Them," also featured the attack's Belgian "ringleader" Abdelhamid Abaaoud, who masterminded the appalling Paris attacks on Nov. 13. According to ABC News, the graphic video also showed the eight other Paris attackers, as well as purported fighters who were speaking against the West before carrying out the mass killings.

Aside from Abaaoud, the video also showed militant Brahim Abdeslam, who's believed to have trained in Raqqa, the militant's stronghold and the capital of its self-proclaimed caliphate, FOX News has learned. Abdeslam, whose brother Salah is still on the run, blew himself up at a Paris cafe where he was the only victim.

"These are the last messages of the nine lions of the caliphate who were mobilized from their lairs to make a whole country, France, get down on its knees,' a narrator said in the video. "Whoever stands in the ranks of kufr [non-believers] will be a target for our swords and will fall in humiliation. As long as there is blood flowing in our veins, we will fight you to the last drop."

All nine attackers are believed to be dead but two more are reportedly at large. In addition, the video also showed the horrific beheadings of seven people. The clip ended with a chilling threat, saying the Islamic State militants will carry out their next attack in the U.K. as the terrorists' retribution for Britain's airstrikes in Syria.

"We will make you taste terror, and you will taste it in your very stronghold," the militant declared, as per Daily Mail. "By Allah, we will make rivers out of your blood on this day. We will fight you to the last man among us and there is nothing between us and you but the edge of the sword."

Meanwhile, the video's authenticity could not be independently verified by Reuters while the French Foreign and Interior Ministries have declined to comment on the video, saying the government is still studying the clip.

There was also no immediate comment from the prime minister's office. And a National Security Council spokesperson at the White House has refused to comment as well.

Flashpoint Global Partners' Laith Alkhouri, however, said the video met "all the right criteria of an authentic and official ISIS release." Flashpoint Global is responsible for monitoring the jihadis' social media.
