Disney is hoping to cash in on its partnership with Marvel yet again by implementing the comic book brand's superhero characters into it's Infinity video game.

Since 2009, Disney has used its acquisition of Marvel Entertainment in all sorts of genres. In fact, Clark Gregg, who plays Agent Phil Coulson on ABC's "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." presented at Wednesday's event. The latest collaboration between the media giants is a sequel to Infinity, a sandbox game where players use figurines of their favorite Disney and Pixar characters in an interactive video game. It will be available for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, PC and iOS, so obviously a lot of money stands to be made.

A slew of comic book favorites, many who have gained popularity recently thanks to movies like "The Avengers," will be available. Six figurines were debuted at the event: Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow and Hawkeye. Figurines will come in trio packs. Future Marvel characters are said to include Spider-Man, Loki, Rocket Raccoon and Groot. More characters will be announced at E3, according to Disney Infinity's Twitter.

You may be wondering how a character like Jessie from "Toy Story" could be expected to run with someone like The Incredible Hulk.

"To compensate for new character abilities, the worlds within Disney Infinity 2.0 have been expanded," gaming website Joystiq explains. "[Disney's John] Vignocchi explains that the world needed to grow for characters with the ability to fly. Disney Infinity 2.0 increases character levels to 20 and features a new skill tree for character customization."

Comic writer Brian Michael Bendis will write the video game script and said it "will blow your mind."

"This game could do for this generation what comics did for us," he said.

Lucky for those who played Disney Infinity before it collided with Marvel, all figurines and powers discs from Disney Infinity will be compatible with Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes.

"All new and existing characters will be able to reach level 20, and a new upgrade tree system will give players some choice in how they progress," Kotaku reports.

Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes will be available this fall.
