Brazil vs. Australia Olympics 2016 Live Stream, Preview, Predictions As Women's Soccer Teams Seek Victory
Brazil and Australia's women's soccer teams face off in the quarterfinals of the Olympics on Friday.
Brazil has had a solid campaign thus far, picking up two wins and a draw in the group stage. The team got its campaign off to a terrific start, winning 3-0 over China PR. The second match was an even better, a 5-1 win over Sweden that saw star Marta score a brace. Brazil's final group stage match with South Africa ultimately proved little more than a bit ceremonious, with the team managing a 0-0 draw. Brazil made seven changes to the starting lineup for this game, securing that its top players get much needed rest before the quarterfinals.
Australia did not have the luxury of sitting back in its final group stage. After losing 2-0 with Canada in its opener and drawing Germany 2-2 in the follow-up, the team was in desperate need of three points in the final game with Zimbabwe to advance. A 6-1 win was exactly what the doctor ordered.

Brazil has looked solid thus far in the tournament and should cruise to a 3-1 win and secure a spot in the semifinals.
