Colombia and Uruguay face off in the World Cup Qualifiers 2018 on Tuesday.

The team is coming off a 3-0 win over Venezuela thanks to two goals from Edinson Cavani; the Paris Saint-Germain striker has seven goals in the competition, leading all players in scoring in the CONMEBOL Qualifiers.
The top four teams in the CONMEBOL standings automatically qualify for the World Cup tournament in 2018. The fifth place side has to contest a two-legged playoff with a team from the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC).
