Since Android 7.0 Nougat was launched to Google phones such as Pixel XL and Pixel, and its not been made available for other smartphones using Android OS. But, before even Google unveil its Nexus Pixel, there was the Nexus that came with the guarantee of receiving Android OS updates directly from Google. But, Samsung S7 and S7 Edge is looking to launch the Android Beta Program and get a preview of it.

According to Christian Today, as per the website of Samsung, the preview will allow S7 and S7 Edge users to first try out Android 7.0 Nougat before it is launched in the middle of December. But, it looks like the beta program has already been made available in South Korea. It is now available in UK and US too, and will launch in China soon. The users that apply for the program will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

With Samsung's latest UX, users can get a feel for Android 7.0 Nougat throughout the Galaxy Beta Program period, and can provide feedback on usability, performance and reliability. With the response that Samsung gets from the users, they can help to develop, high performing software and provide an improved and optimized experience to all the Galaxy users. The Galaxy Beta Program app can be downloaded through Galaxy Apps or the Samsung Member app which is available on Google Play or Galaxy Apps according to Tech Times.

This is not the first time that Samsung is allowing its users to try the latest Android, Samsung also launched the Beta Program when Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Now, it is available to users using Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Games Limited Edition and Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition device owners will not have access to the beta program.
