Ubisoft's Survival DLC for 'Tom Clancy's The Division" PTS now available
Ubisoft have made the Patch 1.5, for "Tom Clancy's The Division" available on its public test server (PTS), but only for those who have paid for its Survival DLC extension. Information on updates on sophisticated gadgets, weapons, gears. skills, etc. is published on the company's own public online forum.
According to DSO Gaming, the patch added a World Tier 5 bracket, and will bring in a lot of new changes. This means that it will add new UI rendering settings that will reduce game latency. Ubisoft also announced the game's Expansion DLC, which might come with this update.
Changes in "Tom Clancy's The Division" Patch 1.5 were brought in few changes which includes the addition of World Tier 5 that increases the Maximum Gear Score to 256 and Enemy NPCs to Level 34 stated by the developer, as reported by Enstarz.
Also, with the above addition, new weapons are added in "Tom Clancy's The Division" Patch 1.5:
- Famous Rifles
- Rhino Pistol
- MG5 Light Machine gun
- Vector 45 increased magazine size
- M700 Tactical Marksman Rifle
- Tactical UMP-45 Sub machine gun
- Model 700 Marksman Rifle, among many others.
- Speaking of skills change,t his includes:
- Support station
- Pulse
- Tactical scanner
- Seek miner
- Smart cover
- Survivor link
- Ballistic shield
As for the gear set, it now includes a final measure - hunter faith. Gear items can only be acquired in World Tier 5 or in Survival game mode. Apart from all the changes, gameplay issues related to lingering bugs are also addressed.
"Tom Clancy's The Division" Patch 1.5 is available in PC client via Steam and Uplay giving access to Public Test Server. This is done so that the development team can test fixes and tweaks with the public feedback before releasing the game's live version.
According to Ubisoft's official forum, Patch 1.5 will be available on Xbox One and Windows PC on November 22. Until it's available on live server, it's now made available only for those who paid for Ubisoft's newly announced "The Survival" DLC extension.
