The gamers are all anticipating for AMD's Radeon RX 490 4K gaming card to enjoy the excellent graphics before the year ends.

Most of the gamers nowadays want to have high definition graphics, and over the last couple of years, AMD has ramped up its performance and products to make games more interesting for gamers. With the demand and trend for top notch graphic cards, the company has made powerful GPU for game lovers.

AMD revealed the information about RX 490 being a 2016 product by mistake, according to WCCFtech.

Meanwhile, no one knows the details regarding the RX 400 series flagship graphics. However, rumor has it that it is just a matter of time before fans hear an announcement.

On the other hand, as defined by the company, the RX 400 graphics card is a 4K gaming class GPU with a memorable interface larger than 256 bit which is bigger than Radeon RX 480 and Rx 470 graphic cards as reported by The Bitbag.

The graphic cards design for 4K gaming has a large memory interface with heavy bandwidth. Along with it, the company has also detailed what the third digit in each name actually means.

So, the 0 in the RX 480 card indicates that it's the first revision of the product. It is not confirmed yet whether AMD has an RX 485, RX 475 or an RX 465 in the works. Nevertheless, if the company chooses to make any, it can happily accommodate them.

The only graphics cards that would qualify the Radeon 400 series are the ones that can compute horsepower that is over 1.5 teraflops and a bandwidth memory of at least 100GB/s.

The RX 490 is part of a promotion that ends on December 31, 2016, and thus it needs to be released in 2016 to qualify the promotion. Also, Sapphire is already listing the RX 490 on its website which means its launched is very soon.
