AT&T prepping ZTE ZMax 3, according to FCC
The new ZTE device already got the FCC certification. FCC doesn't usually announce the various smartphones coming into their system for certification. The FCC take notes of the ZTE role here, with the ZTE Grand X 3 that's been sold at $79 by AT&T Cricket till now
This Grand X 3 has the Snapdragon 210 as its processor. It comes with a 5.5-inch720p display. Its battery is 3000mAh with 2GB of RAM and an internal storage of 16GB. It surprise prospective buyers with its nice 8MP rear camera and the Type C USB connection.
On the other hand, the usual FCC filings does not mention about this new ZTE ZMax 3 product specifics. However, having the ZTE trademark, everyone can expect this new device to be almost the same as the ZTE Grand X 3, both in terms of price and specs, as Phone Scoop reported.
If this is the case, there's a great possibility that the device will be launched on another prepaid brand of AT&T - the GoPhone. Another speculation here is that this latest ZTE will be simply seen on the AT&T website.
According to Android Headlines, since the ZTE ZMax 3 is a low-end device, we could not expect any formal announcement of it as compared to the launching of high-end devices. However, this news about the ZMax 3 that will be available on AT&T is quite interesting and unusual as the ZMax products have always been on Metro PCS and T-Mobile.
ZTE plays a vital role in North America's tech aspects. This brand's major success can be traced from launching smartphones ranging from low-end to high-end devices on such famous carriers as Cricket, Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, and Metro PCS.
Having the ZMAX series makes the brand even more successful. The main reason here is that you can get great specs at affordable prices such as having a huge battery and decent internals below USD 100. You can also go for a more powerful device such as ZMax Pro that is available under USD 200.
The ZTE ZMax 3 full specs has yet to be disclosed, so expect more surprises and best deals coming your way.
