'Game of Thrones Season 7' Latest Spoilers: How would Jon Snow learn true parents? Lee Min Ho' s villain cameo?
Now that the parentage of Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) has been revealed, the lingering question is how would the newly-proclaimed King in the North learn the truth. Likewise, how could this affect the development of the storyline of "Game of Thrones Season 7"?
"Game of Thrones Season 6" hinted that Jon Snow is, in fact, not a bastard son of Ned Stark (Sean Bean) but an offspring of his younger sister, Lyanna Stark, with the then heir to the throne, Rhaegar Targaryen. Although this revelation sent chills to the bones of the fans, the subject himself still know nothing.
Being the case, obliviousness could give Jon Snow a little help on what is to come in "Game of Thrones Season 7" on which his aunt, Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) rides for Westerosi. As per Inquistr, however, Lord Varys (Conleth Hill) might help Jon connect the dots.
Theories have it that Varys , as one of the chief advisors to the Mad King and a former Master of Whispers, knew about the secret that Ned Stark had kept hidden. The media outlet applauded this speculation considering that in one of the "History and Lore" segments of the series, Varys recounted his closeness with the Mad King. Going further as to mention the king's suspicion to Rhaegar.
Although the root of the mistrust was not fully divulged, speculations have it that Varys knew that Rhaegar was having an affair with Lyanna. As his knowledge is endless, Varys might know as well that the two had a child.
As if this is not enough to intrigue and excite the fans for the winter that is coming, another rumor has it that Lee Min Ho might have a surprise appearance on "Game of Thrones Season 7." Flying off from the "Legends of the Blue Sea," the Korean actor will be one of the villains that would face Jon.
GamenGuide, however, reported that this speculation is bleak considering the busy schedule of Suzy Bae's boyfriend. Likewise, HBO and even the showrunners have not confirmed these rumors, so Lee Min Ho's appearance on "Game of Thrones Season 7" is unlikely.
Chopped to seven episodes, "Game of Thrones Season 7" will premiere in summer 2017. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
