'Deadpool 2' News: Ryan Reynolds Parodies Superman Phone Booth In New Teaser Trailer; See Him Flash His Butt In Video Here!
A new "Deadpool 2" teaser trailer has been released and it is hilarious as ever. In the new video released before "Logan" screenings, Ryan Reynolds returns as the titular anti-hero and the hilarious new clip is filled with a Stan Lee cameo, a Superman parody and some grisly murder.
The "Deadpool 2" teaser is almost 4 minutes long and it shows Ryan Reynold's character Wade Wilson changing into his Deadpool costume. He parodies Superman as he goes into a phone booth to change just as he witnesses a robbery.
The theme song of "St. Elmo's Fire" is momentarily being played but as soon as he gets into his Deadpool costume, the Superman theme song plays. While inside the booth, Ryan Reynolds pushes his butt against the window panel providing the audience with some comedy which signifies that "Deadpool 2" may be filled with the cheeky jokes audience have enjoyed from the first film.
ET Online reports that the "Deadpool 2" featurette has a Stan Lee cameo where the Merc had some pretty choice words for him. Just as he was about to finish changing, a gun went off and the guy Wade Wilson was supposed to save ended up being murdered.
Fans have noticed some Easter eggs from the "Deadpool 2" teaser clip. Entertainment Weekly reports that there was a reference for the upcoming X-Men character Cable because of the sign that mentioned Nathan Summers.
It is not yet known who will play Cable in the sequel. Domino is also slated to be in "Deadpool 2" as well but there have been no new announcements as who will play her. The movie is currently in production and will start filming by next month with an expected release by March 2, 2018.
Who do you think will play Cable and Domino in the "Deadpool 2" movie alongside Ryan Reynolds? Tell us your guesses in the comments below.
