‘Game of Thrones’ Season 7 Leak: Show’s Big Moments Are in Danger of Being Ruined, Fears Ser Davos Seaworth
Liam Cunningham recently revealed in an interview that their Spain scenes were live streamed by a drone. The actor, playing Ser Davos, worries that "Game of Thrones" Season 7 leak will ruin the fun for its genuine fans.
According to The Works, Cunningham revealed his unhappiness towards the "low-lifers" who go to great lengths to get their hands on "Game of Thrones" Season 7 leaks. This time, they flew drones over the show sets in Spain and captured the scenes as they were being filmed.
The actor expressed his disdain over the infiltration of their sets and called it "terrible." In the interview, the Onion Knight of "Game of Thrones" also said that these spoilers and little leaks can ruin the fun of watching the show that is known for its unpredictable climaxes.
The popular HBO series shoots many scenes in outside that can be easily accessed by the public, making it vulnerable to leaks due to its huge fan following. Recently, Maisie Williams, also pointed out her exasperation, calling it "childish and annoying," when the plot of "Game of Thrones" Season 7 leaked online several months ago. The actress playing Arya Stark on the show confessed to Radio Times in an interview that she feels really hurt with all these spoilers online. Williams also added that the leaks are all the more hurtful because it is likely an "insider" job.
"Game of Thrones" Season 7 may be the most awaited show right now but this is not the first time when a movie/TV set has been invaded by spoiler seeking drones. Last year, DC's upcoming "Wonder Woman" was also victimized by an Italian drone that captured the footage and leaked it online.
"Game of Thrones" Season 7 will have to hold their secretive plot under tight wraps until July. The Jul. 16, 2017 premiere date was announced by HBO recently.
