Justin Bieber Zone & N-Word Controversy 2014: 'Baby' Singer Has Reportedly Been Crying Since Videos Emerged
Justin Bieber finds himself surrounded by yet another controversy, as two video clips that show him carelessly making racist comments recently emerged online. It has now been reported that the Canadian singer has been crying non-stop ever since then.
"Justin's been in tears," a source close to Bieber revealed. "But he knows he needs to take responsibility for his actions, he's confronting his past and he's hanging out with his real friends and his parents."
One of the controversial footages sees the young pop star at the age of 14, changing the lyrics of his 2009 song "One Less Lonely Girl" to joke about killing "n*ggas" and joining white supremacist group the Ku Klux Klan.
The latest racist controversy follows after the "Bad Day" crooner had already apologized "for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable behavior" in another leaked video that reveals him thoughtlessly using the offensive n-word in total of five times.
The source also claimed that it was "almost a relief" that the video clips had been released to public as the 20-year-old singer's team initially knew that they had actually been leaked three years ago. (The clips were previously bought by TMZ, which didn't release them until this week.)
"Justin seems to have ditched the problem people around him, and he's trying to pull himself together," the source said. "He's cleaning himself up."
The "Baby" hitmaker had no choice but to apologize about his previous immature actions. "Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I've ever dealt with," Justin Bieber said. "But I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger. At the end of the day, I just need to step up and own what I did."
