The Migrant Protection Protocols are an initiative of the U.S. government that allows many immigrants from Mexico, who enter or request entry, to return to Mexico, both illegal and not reported, and to remain outside the United States for the length of their immigration process where Mexico provides them all suitable humanitarian provisions for a long period of time.

MPP is the action that was sent to thousands of foreign individuals entering Mexico to wait for the hearing for their U.S. haven.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced on Friday that 80 active duty troops will be deployed to San Diego's San Ysidro border crossing and 80 other individuals will be assigned in early Sunday at El Paso's Paso del Norte to deliver "military police support, engineer, and aviation support" to customs officials at those two ports of entry.

Some of the migrants in Mexico rushed into the border in February when the court denied the MPP program for being unlawful. But the decision of the Supreme Court will still be pending until the given date of March 12. The MPP program is being allowed by the court to continue in Texas, while in other parts of the country, the Department of Justice requests to prolong the delay of the appeal.

The purpose of the deployed troops is not only for the necessity and empowerment of the borders, but also for the safety of the country against the avid trending virus from the country of China.

"According to US CBP (Customs and Border Protection), their mission is to secure the nation's borders and measures such as the Crisis Response Force employment allow them to do just that," a senior agency told the reporters last March 6.

Due to the administration's concerns such as large crowd of migrants attempting to forcibly enter the country through the Port of Entries (PoE) and rapid spreading of COVID-19 concerns, the CRF has been activated.

November 2018, Trump initially deployed soldiers to the border because of the anticipation of the arrival of a large caravan that made the PENTAGON do the CRF plan.

The MPP program entails that if migrants have child/children, it forces officials to release them unconstrained into the US jobs market after merely 20 days. In February, officials freed 2,000 foreign insiders out of 36,000 arrivals. In May of last year, security control let 80,000 foreign insiders cross into the US, while 140,000 arrived at the border.

In June 2019, US President Donald Trump declared that the United States and Mexico had a deal under which Washington would deny his earlier plans to split the charges on Mexican products to prevent the continuous flow of migrants. This deal sets that Mexico deploys its National Security to their southern border and work to erupt illegal human deeds.

Trump announced a national emergency in February to secure funds to build a wall on the border with Mexico and believes that the wall, which was his 2016 campaign pledge, will prevent the surging of illegal immigrants and drug influencers in the United States of America.
