As coronavirus now increases in the United States, United States' President warns Americans that they must brace for "hell of a bad two weeks" as the White House expects that there will be 100,000 to 240,000 deaths in the United States from the coronavirus pandemic even if the people will still practice social distancing are maintained.

The public health officials urged people to keep their distance from one another because practicing it may lessen if people across the country would follow the guidelines of preventive measures.

The coordinator of the White House coronavirus task force, Doctor Deborah Birx, announced that these people can do better than that. The doctor also strictly requires that Americans must seriously take their role in preventing the spreading and transmission of coronavirus from people to people. People must be obedient and follow guidelines as this will save them.

The government's top disease expert, Doctor Anthony Fauci, also added that the numbers should be anticipated by the people but they don't necessarily have to accept that those are inevitable.

President Trump called the situation "a matter of life and death" for the Americans as the pandemic in the United States had already infected more than 190,000 people and killed almost 4,000 but the country will soon find the "light at the end of the tunnel". The figures shown were from John Hopkins University.

The president also added that he wants every American to be prepared for what's going to happen ahead of time. These upcoming weeks will be the roughest weeks that they will have in their country and he said that they will lose thousands of people. The jaw-dropping predictions were shown at the White House briefing.

Dr. Birx stated that as of now there are no magic bullets, no magic therapies or vaccines, but the behavior of every person will translate into something that can be a great part in preventing and further changing the course of the viral pandemic.

Dr. Fauci called the numbers sobering and he urged that every American must step on the accelerator with their mitigation efforts in preventing the virus. Dr. Fauci also added that they are continuing to see things go up and they are not discouraged by that because they believed that mitigation efforts are actually working and in the end, they will work.

The President's comments regarding the situation came after he announced that he is extending the social distancing until the end of April. In the guidelines, Americans are advised to postpone large gatherings, work from home must be implemented, onsite school learnings must be suspended and more nationwide efforts are expected to stem the spread of the virus.

Dr. Birx stated that the experiences in Washington and California give her hope that the other states can keep the transmission of coronavirus through social distancing and other preventive measures. That's because they move very quickly to contain clusters of the coronavirus by following the guidelines of social distancing and other protocols.
