World Cup 2014 Opening Ceremony Live Stream: Here's Where to Watch
Just because you can't be in Brazil or you're stuck at work doesn't mean you have to miss the World Cup, we've got you covered for all your World Cup needs.
The ceremony kicks off Thursday at 2:15 p.m. EST with Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull and Claudia Leitte performing.
"The Opening Ceremony is a tribute to Brazil and its treasures: nature, people, football," the show's artistic director Daphne Cornez told FIFA.com. "The sense of excitement here is amazing and everyone is very motivated. It doesn't matter whether they're feeling tired or hot sometimes or if they have to go through routines again and again: they just keep on smiling. It's amazing."
The event will take place in Maracana in Rio de Janeiro.

In Canada, the game can be watched on CBC. In England, it can be watched on ITV 1. It's on ABC in the United States starting at 2:15 p.m. EST.
If you're in the U.S., but can't make it to a TV, then ESPN3 is your answer. If you prefer the colorful commentary from Spanish channels, then check out Univision En Vivo.
In the U.K., ITV is where you can stream the event after you input your postcode. Live Soccer TV is also a great source for people in other countries.
The opening ceremony will last about 25 minutes, and there will be a "living" LED ball with 90,000 lights.
