Angel del Villar and Del Records 

The Latino community can be proud of the famous Mexican entrepreneur, music executive, and founder of successful label DEL Records - Angel del Villar. Since 2008 he runs DEL Records, the American-Spanish record label with huge success. Over the years, DEL Records established themselves as one of the top music companies, producing many great songs and receiving praise from the music community. 

In 2016 and 2017, this record label of Angel del Villar earned a total of 11 Billboard Latin Music Awards, including for Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year and Regional Mexican Songs Artist of the Year, which shows how devoted and how good they do business in the music industry.

Personal Success and Charity Work of Angel del Villar 

Besides running his successful company, Angel del Villar is a married family man and often helps the community. Since February 2020 he is married to the singer Cheli Madrid, expecting their first daughter. 

Regarding charity work, Angel del Villar's DEL Records donated about $12,200 to the Rowland Unified School District in Rowland Heights, back in 2015.

One of Villar's achievements was receiving the Latino Spirit Award for Achievement in Business & Philanthropy at the 18th Annual Latino Spirit Awards at the California State Capitol in Sacramento, California in May 2019. He takes big pride in this award because it comes as a recognition from the community which he helps. 

What makes del Villar stand out from other businessmen and entrepreneurs is that his DEL Records company is the most successful independent Latin label. The number of followers and subscribers on social media constantly is on the rise, currently standing at a whopping 24 million fans worldwide.
