After Selena Gomez and Miami Heat player Jimmy Butler were seen grabbing dinner together, dating rumors sparked.

According to IBT, the dinner date was reported to be a friendly outing only. However, an unnamed source told E! News that Selena Gomez and Jimmy Butler have been going out for "some time." The singer and the NBA star haven't commented on the speculations about their relationship.
The insider told the outlet that Gomez keeps her options open, but she has been on a few dates with Butler and thinks that the NBA star's a great guy. Gomez and Butler hung out or a few times while the singer was in New York City.
"Jimmy asked her to go to dinner and they had a great time. It's very casual and she's open to seeing where things go, but isn't settling down just yet," the source said.
Besides, the source clarified that Selena is still single and has become open to dating. Her friends are fond of setting Gomez up with guys, but "she loves being single."

Jimmy Butler is a 31-year-old professional basketball player for the Miami Heat, who started in the NBA after being drafted by the Chicago Bulls with the 30th overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft. Butler is a three-time All-NBA Team honoree, a four-time NBA All-Defensive Team honoree, and a five-time NBA All-Star.
In 2915, Jimmy was recognized as the NBA Most Improved Player. The NBA star previously played for Minnesota Timberwolves, Philadelphia 76ers.
