You're not a true Bravo housewife unless there's drama in your life. "The Real Housewives of New York" star Sonja Morgan has joined the long list of housewife stars in the midst of scandal.

It's no secret that Morgan has had her fair share of financial troubles, and now Life and Style Magazine reports that Morgan was forced to declare bankruptcy in 2012 after being sued by production company Hannibal pictures for failing to raise money for a movie involving actor John Travolta.

Since filing for bankruptcy, Morgan has liquidated her Upper East Side townhouse, her Colorado Ski home, and her French villa in attempts to raise some cash to get her out of bankruptcy.

But it seems that Morgans' efforts have failed; she is now losing her villa in St. Tropez due to her bankruptcy scandal.

A trustee was appointed to Morgan following her file for bankruptcy, and according to TMZ, the trustee sold Morgan's French villa for $5.7 million dollars.

TMZ also reports, "The 'Real Housewives of New York' star has told people that she was selling her villa to be financially responsible, but apparently the truth is the court-appointed trustee sold it ... and Sonja had no say in the deal."

Originally, the St. Tropez home was on the market for $8 million, but due to wild boars destroying the home's landscape back in January, the house was only able to sell for $5.7 Million.

As for Sonja's two other homes? Well, she's had trouble with those properties as well.

Reality Tea reports that Sonja initially planned to alleviate her debt by liquidating both her NY home and her home in Telluride, Colorado. She also had plans to submit a $3M judgment she was to be awarded by her ex-husband.

Currently, neither home has been sold and she was not granted additional money by her ex.

Will Sonja get herself out of this legal mess? We'll just have to wait and see, but so far it looks like a long road to financial stability for Sonja Morgan.
