Shailene Woodley has reportedly closed her doors to the possibility of getting back together with Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

A source told E! News that the pair "are not together" despite recent attempts to rebuild their relationship after calling off their engagement. According to the source, Woodley tried to "give it another shot," claiming that the actress was spending time with the Packers quarterback. 

"But she [Woodley] quickly saw that everything was on his terms and nothing was going to change. There was no reason to continue and she's done with it again," the insider told the outlet.

According to Elle, days after Rodgers was photographed with Bucks heiress Mallory Edens at an NBA game, it was reported that Woodley was no longer interested in dating her ex-fiance again. Their relationship was reportedly done.

Green Bay Packers Star Aaron Rodgers Tried to Get Shailene Woodley Back

Aaron Rodgers was very public when he first tried to woo Shailene Woodley again following their February breakup. Last month, an insider told People that the Green Bay Packers star is trying to get the actress back.

The source noted that the two have an "intense work schedule in the fall," making it impossible to focus on their relationship. However, the source said that since Rodgers' season was over at that time, "he wants to give it another try."

"He thinks Shailene is very special. She is more hesitant though," the insider noted. 

A source also told Hollywood life that Woodley "really tests" Rodgers, and "he really loves her for that." The insider added that Rodgers realized when they broke up that Woodley "gets him totally 100 percent." 

"He wants her back and she is prone to have it happen... It is just baby steps in the right direction, so there is a genuine light at the end of the tunnel," the source said.

Weeks after the engaged couple called it quits, Rodgers and Woodley were spotted together again at the Demetria Winery in Los Olivos, California. They reportedly sat at an outdoor wine-tasting patio table in a group and "seemed really happy."

Before this, Rodgers and Woodley were seen at the Chumash Casino Resort in Santa Ynez. They were also spotted getting off a plane together in Los Angeles and getting into the same car.

Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley Split

The couple confirmed their engagement in February 2021 and announced their separation one year later. A source told People that the breakup was "amicable." 

The insider said the two were "very different people with busy careers," and there were obstacles that they could not overcome. Another source noted that Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley often contradict each other.

"They disagreed on a lot of things. Early on they decided to agree to disagree about things and not debate them," the insider said.

The source further noted that the two would remain friends, and there was "no bad blood" and drama, adding that it just did not work out for them.
