Kanye West Is Also Missing
MSN reported that Kanye West seems to have been hiding since businessman Thomas St. John has been trying to serve him with legal documents as he sues him for breach of contract.
In a Los Angeles court hearing, St. John said he was not able to find Kanye in weeks. He claimed that the rapper had agreed to pay him a monthly retainer of $300,000 to be Chief Financial Officer of Donda, one of Kanye's businesses.
"[St. John] needed a guarantee that [Kanye] wouldn't abruptly abandon the commercial relationship, in addition to the financial costs and hazards associated with committing to [Kanye] as client. But Mr. St. John offered to settle for a contract lasting at least 18 months," the lawsuit noted.
However, St. John noted that he and Kanye West later had an "aggressive" meeting, and the rapper stopped paying him.
