YouTuber-turned-boxer-turned-pro wrestler Logan Paul has issued an apology to fans who lost money after investing in his "play-to-earn" cryptocurrency game, CryptoZoo.

His fans reportedly invested money into the project, but Paul never really moved forward with it. Paul launched CryptoZoo in 2021 and promised it would be a "really fun game that makes you money."

However, the three-part series by YouTuber Coffeezilla revealed that Paul never really cared much for the project despite fans investing thousands of dollars of their own money.

In the videos he posted last month, Coffeezilla accused Paul of scamming fans and investors and abandoning them after selling them "worthless" digital items.

In his latest apology posted on the CryptoZoo Discord page, Paul promised to "make this right." He wrote that he would be "taking accountability, apologizing, and coming forward with a plan in the near future."

According to BBC, it is still unclear how the YouTuber plans to reimburse investors or relaunch CryptoZoo.

Logan Paul Issues Apology to YouTuber Coffeezilla

YouTube investigator Coffeezilla made a name for himself by investigating crypto scams all over the internet and exposing them. Many consider his taking on Logan Paul's CryptoZoo as one of his biggest takedowns so far.

Following the release of his three-part expose, Paul posted a response video that accused the YouTube investigator of making money off his name and not doing his investigations properly, as he claimed that Coffeezilla never talked to him and only his manager.

He then threatened to sue his fellow YouTuber over his videos. However, Paul has since taken down that response video and apologized to the investigative YouTuber.

Paul had reached out to Coffeezilla and talked to him over the phone. During that call, Paul reportedly apologized.

Coffeezilla confirmed this on social media, saying, "Logan called me. He said he's deleting the two responses and is dropping the lawsuit threats.'

It seems that Paul is planning to revamp or relaunch CryptoZoo, and this newer version may be released by 2023 or 2024, as hinted by the CryptoZoo website per Gizmodo.

Logan Paul's Former Pet, Pearl the Pig, Found Abandoned on a Field

Logan Paul has also recently landed afoul with animal rights activists as his former pet, Pearl the Pig, was found abandoned with a dead pig beside her in the middle of a field.

The animal was rescued by an animal sanctuary called Gentle Barn, which found Pearl with tattered ears and a potentially life-threatening infection.

They revealed that she was the same pig who once belonged to the famous YouTuber. At first, animal rights groups lambasted Paul, until many gave him a pass after he explained what really happened.

Logan Paul then thanked Gentle Barn and sounded genuinely concerned. Paul admitted that he had to rehome Pearl the Pig as it was difficult to bring her with him when he moved to Puerto Rico.

According to TMZ, the animal had been rehomed several times since Paul gave her up in his move to the U.S. territory. Gentle Barn claimed that she had been irresponsibly rehomed.
