Things are not looking good for MAGA Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert as her son, Tyler Boebert, has been arrested over multiple possible felonies in addition to having his own sex tape, just as his ultra-conservative family values Republican politician mother is caught up with her own sex scandal inside a Denver theater while also faring badly in the polls as she runs for a new Congressional District.

The 18-year-old Tyler Boebert is accused of taking part in a series of car break-ins and credit card thefts. He was arrested and appeared in court virtually from jail on Wednesday. However, he was soon released but has to return to court in April as he faces multiple felony charges.

Lauren Boebert's son is facing 22 charges, including four felony charges of criminal possession of ID documents, and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony. This is in addition to over a dozen misdemeanor charges, according to the BBC.

In a statement, Boebert's campaign stated that the MAGA congresswoman's son should be held accountable for "poor decisions" just like anyone else. Boebert herself released her own statement, saying, "I love my son Tyler, who has been through some very difficult, public challenges for a young man and the subject of attention that he didn't ask for."

"It breaks my heart to see my child struggling and, in this situation, especially when he has been provided multiple opportunities to get his life on track," she added.

It was first reported that the congresswoman's son was committing crimes in Colorado after he was spotted in a surveillance video while officers were investigating a string of car break-ins, according to court documents. He is also accused of using stolen credit cards to buy items online and in gas stations.

Lauren Boebert's Son Allegedly Filmed a Sex Tape With a Minor

Just as his mother was caught in a sex scandal, Tyler Boebert was as well, as an affidavit of his arrest alleged that he had sex with a minor and filmed the encounter.

According to New Republic, the Garfield County Clerk of Court's affidavit noted that the younger Boebert "supposedly made a sex tape with" one of the other suspects, a female minor, and it was reportedly "sent around to people they knew." It was noted, however, that it was unclear how old Tyler Boebert was at the time they filmed the sex tape.

Lauren Boebert's Family Troubles, Sex Scandal, Divorce, Highlight Struggling Election Campaign

Lauren Boebert has transferred to a new district following her divorce from her now-estranged ex-husband, Jayson Boebert who has been accused of not just abusing the congresswoman, but also their children.

However, she is struggling in that new district and many have commented it may be the end of her career as a lawmaker after she has been caught in multiple scandals, which include her "Beetlejuice scandal," her running away from her district after it was clear that she will lose to a Democrat, her messy divorce, and now, her son being arrested.

While her opponents blasted her for switching districts as she trails in the polls against her Democratic opponent, she cited that the reason for her going from Colorado's 3rd District to the 4th District was because of her family troubles and her "children's future."

Despite this, though, her recent scandals are currently turning off conservative voters in her new district, as she failed to even make it to the Top 3 of the Republican Congressional primary in District 4.
