Popular Jamaican-American reggae singer and rapper Sean Kingston, best known for "Beautiful Girls," will soon be extradited back to Florida where he was charged with ten counts related to fraud. This happened soon after he was arrested in California along with his mother.

Once back in Florida, Kingston will face charges relating to around one million dollars worth of merchandise he reportedly acquired without paying for them. A total of 10 charges have been brought in the Sunshine State, with the biggest charge being an alleged organized scheme to defraud several companies.

TMZ obtained a copy of the arrest warrant that was issued in Broward County, Florida. It alleges that Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, ripped off several businesses, including a jeweler, an exotic car dealer, and several other luxury goods dealers.

Many of Kingston's and his mother's infractions include not paying the luxury car dealer $159,701.49 over a Cadillac Escalade and not paying the jeweler for jewelry worth around $480,000. He also owes a furniture company around $86,568.33 for a custom bed they made for him. Kingston allegedly owes the various Florida companies approximately a million dollars in total.

It was noted that aside from defrauding companies, he also has charges related to defrauding banks and writing bad checks. Meanwhile, his mother is facing a total of 8 charges back in Florida.

Kingston also has a charge for violating his probation for trafficking stolen property. He is set to appear in a California court in San Bernardino for his extradition hearing. After this, he and his mother are expected to be sent back to Florida to face their respective charges.
