Posts that pointed out that Donald Trump is closer than expected to late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein have gone viral on X. However, critics are saying that this has largely been ignored by the media, including allegations that the former president and Epstein raped a child back in the 1990s.

Legal documents regarding Epstein's activities have recently been released, particularly in his Florida case after Governor Ron DeSantis ordered them to be released. These showed that Trump and Epstein were actually calling one another more frequently than expected. His name was also revealed to be "Doe 174" in the lawsuit by an Epstein victim against Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

While the released legal documents have gone viral on X, formerly Twitter, many have pointed out that these facts remain underreported by most major news outlets.

"It's been 8 days since over 300 pages of never before seen docs with evidence confirming Trump as a co-conspirator w Epstein in an underage sex trafficking scheme, inc very graphic sexual details. Yet no major media outlet has covered it since it went public," one tweet read.

Meanwhile, another viral tweet showed legal documents alleging that Trump had sexually abused 12 and 13-year-old girls. However, as Gizmodo noted, these legal documents are already old and had already been covered by news media when they first broke.

However, people all over the internet are insisting that there is a conspiracy to suppress damning new rape allegations against Trump. This includes posts that include a viral screenshot from a 2016 lawsuit by an anonymous woman who claims she was raped by Trump when she was 13. The identity of the accuser has never been revealed as she backed out of a press conference and ultimately dropped her suit just four days before the 2016 election.

House Democrat Also Wants To Know Why Media Not Covering Donald Trump - Jeffrey Epstein Connection Enough

It is not just users on the internet wondering why there is a lack of coverage of the Epstein releases on news media, but also politicians, particularly Rep Ted Lieu, a House Democrat from California.

"We hear a lot from our constituents on different issues," he noted. "But something I've heard that doesn't seem to be being covered are the Epstein files."

The congressman added that Trump has been revealed to be all over the Epstein legal documents, and this has even trended on social media under the tag #TrumpPedoFiles. The Epstein connections to Trump have intensified as of late, but mostly on social media.

"And by the way, he was convicted in a civil court for sexual assault and convicted in a state court for 34 felonies. Donald Trump should drop out of the race," the California Democrat added.

Donald Trump May Have Been a Jeffrey Epstein 'Massage' Client

The recently-released grand jury transcripts mainly tackled Epstein's assault on two minor girls and the notorious pedophile soon cutting a plea deal with Florida prosecutors. However, soon after these were released, more memos from his other cases, including ones withdrawn or thrown out for lack of evidence, also popped up, with some of these memos alleging Trump was a regular "massaging client" of Epstein, according to the Hindustan Times.

As for the recently-released court documents, it showed that Trump contacted Epstein multiple times between 2004 and 2006. The former president's name also appeared multiple times on the transcripts from depositions for the case.

Donald Trump is also part of the infamous "Epstein List" along with Bill Clinton and Britain's Prince Andrew.
