Selena Gomez Zone Instagram News: 'Come and Get It' Singer Celebrates Birthday With New Man
Tuesday, July 22 marked pop princess Selena Gomez's 22nd birthday.
Despite the absence of her best friend Taylor Swift and her on-again off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber, Gomez seemed to fully enjoy herself for her two-day birthday celebration.
Prior to her actual birthday, Gomez and her new gal pal Cara Delevingne spent the day enjoying some fun in the sun on a chartered yacht off the French Riviera, HollywoodLife reports.
Also in attendance on the yacht was Gomez's rumored love interest that the New York Daily News has recently identified as Royal Yacht chairman and founder, Tommaso "Tommy" Chiabra.
According to The New York Daily News, Chiabra was previously linked to 29-year-old "Gossip Girl" actress Jessica Szohr, but now it seems that that he has moved on to Gomez. Gomez and Chiabra were spotted getting cozy on the yacht and were later seen riding a jet ski together.
Later that night, Delevingne and Gomez rang in her 22nd birthday with a night on the town.
The girls partied at a club in Villa Romana and came out dressed to impress.
HollywoodLife reports, Selena "wore a sexy, fitted black dress with gold studded high-heels and Cara wore a tight skirt with a black sheer shirt that her bra showed through."
Though her night was spent partying and clubbing, Gomez took the time out to thank her family, friends, and fans for their birthday wishes.
"Thank you SO much for my birthday wishes. This has been the BEST birthday yet! THANK YOU!!!!," she wrote on Instagram.
Gomez's best friend and fellow pop star, Taylor Swift also celebrated Gomez's birthday on Instagram. Swift posted a photo of herself wearing an "S" shaped chain in honor of Gomez's birthday.
Underneath the photo, she wrote the caption, "Usually this S represents 'Swift' but today I'm wearing it because SELENA IS 22!!!!"
