Prince Harry Girlfriend: Cressida Bonas Confirms Relationship; Are They Already Engaged?
Cressida Bonas seems to have confirmed that she and Prince Harry are an item as she graces the cover of the UK High Society Magazine, Tatler. The October 2013 issue of the magazine dons the headlines "Harry Loves Cressy." Will wedding bells be ringing soon?
Accordng to the Huffington Post, Prince Harry and Bonas have been dating for two years now. They were introduced to each other by Harry's cousin, Princess Eugenie of York, and had their first public appearance at the premiere of Batman: The Dark Knight Rises in July of 2012. Since then, the two have been frequently spotted together. Reports say Harry has even told friends that the blonde beauty is "the one" to walk down the aisle with.
Harry has also expressed his desire to marry, saying that the biggest task was to find the right girl for the role, especially after his girlfriend of six years, Chelsy Davy, broke up with him in 2010.
Notably, The Daily Beast reports that Bonas is no stranger to the royal life as she comes from an aristocratic family. Her mother is Lady Mary-Gaye Georgiana Lorna Curzon, heiress to the Curzon banking empire , while her father, Jeffrey Bonas, is a successful businessman and has quite a blue-blood profile himself, having attended Harrow and Oxford.
Despite controversies, like Prince Harry's naked photographs in August 2012, Cressida seemed unfazed by it all. In fact, since the incident, the couple has been growing stronger, with Harry even joking that, "they are all waiting for me to propose any day," according to Daily Star, as quoted by The Daily Beast.
The Tatler cover has ignited rumors that Prince Harry may have already proposed to his model girlfriend secretly, as landing a cover usually meant an engagement. Duchess Kate Middleton her first Tatler cover in 2011, right after her engagement announcement to Prince William. Palace insiders however say that the proposal is yet to be done, with Prince Harry definitely getting down on one knee before the year ends.
