Out of 27 women competing to be named the best butt in Brazil, Claudia Alende is currently dominating.

She holds 33 percent of the vote, and if the competition were solely based on votes, there wouldn't even be anyone else threatening her victory. The second place contestant, Ana Paula Souza, is at 8.21 percent, and in third is Ana Paula Costa, with 5.3 percent of the vote.

So who is Claudia Alende?

She's a 20-year-old from Paraná, and she was named the first candidate for the competition.

She lives in Sao Paulo, according to her Twitter account.

Before entering this competition, Alende said that she had never taken sexy photos like the ones that are now spread throughout the Miss Bumbum website. In fact, the bikini pictures are the bathing suit pictures she has taken.

And though she's in it to win it, Alende doesn't want to do anything that is too sexy. She doesn't want to be described as "vulgar."

Alende has been compared to Hollywood actress Megan Fox, but she doesn't see the resemblance.

"They've said that," she said. "But I don't think so."

Like Fox, she does have dark hair and light eyes, but their facial features aren't too similar to one another. This hasn't stopped publication from pegging her as Megan Fox's doppelganger.

Her social media accounts are filled with selfies, pictures of food and sweet moments with her boyfriend. In one Instagram video, she records the two making faces at the camera. She simply captioned it "Baby."

She also shares a bit of her beauty must-haves, and she is a fan of Mac, Vichy and Bellaoggi.

Although she is faring well in the competition, she's not yet slated to win.

This first round will only serve to narrow down the women, who will then have to compete in a pageant-type event. The winner will be crowned in November.
